Instead of being moved from one house to the next, my Yamaha baby grand ended up in storage for five weeks! I called a few local piano tuning companies and Ezra was the first to call back. I explained the situation and told him the piano had acclimated for a couple of months and I needed his expertise to get my baby back in tune. Ezra was able to fit me in just before Christmas. He showed up on time, was courteous and fastidious. He went right to work and it was a pleasure just to sit and watch him work his magic. Once the piano was tuned, I asked about his cleaning service. Ezra did an amazing job cleaning the soundboard. His price was very reasonable and fair. He packed up didn’t leave a fingerprint! Ezra will be maintaining my piano from now on!

My fiancé and I recently obtained a piano for our 13-year-old daughter for Christmas, but it needed several things done to get it in working condition. We had a hard time finding someone locally who could perform all the services we needed, until we found Ezra Cox. He was extremely thorough, handling tuning, minor repairs, and voicing with great care and expertise. He also cleaned the piano carefully, vacuuming and dusting the keys, which made it look and feel like new. I also really appreciated that Ezra is such a great piano player himself. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get our piano in excellent shape, and his skill and experience showed in every detail. Ezra is an exceptional piano technician—knowledgeable, patient, and very meticulous. This was my first time having a piano professionally serviced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Ezra Cox to anyone in need of piano services. We are so grateful for his work and will definitely be using him for all our piano needs going forward.
